Having worked in such renowned Parisian establishments as Guy Savoy and the Pavillon Ledoyen, it’s sure to say that both Angelique and Fabien are extremely passionate about food. They have been perfecting their culinary art in Saint Remy de Provence, between Arles, Avignon and the Luberon in the south of France, since 2008.
L’Eveil de Papilles offers refined and innovative cuisine, created from the highest quality regional produce from their premises in Saint Remy de Provence. They bring style and taste to both corporate and private functions at venues across south-eastern France. In 2014, and again in 2016 accompanied by his sous-chef Nicolas, Fabien was awarded 3rd place when competing for the title of best caterer in France during selections for the International Catering Cup.
