At l'Éveil des papilles, we focus on personalisation and flexibility to prepare the wedding of your dreams.

We don't hold too many receptions so as to guarantee high standards for your event.

We work exclusively with fresh produce prepared in our workshop in Saint-Rémy de Provence, so our suggestions may vary depending on what's available and what you fancy!

Our service

Our service is made up of different elements that we can adapt and adjust according to your requirements:


Keep your guests waiting with our homemade lemonade until the ceremony begins

Cocktail pieces

Carefully selected by the chef according to market produce, our fingertip cocktails will delight even the most discerning palates.

Finesse and refinement will amaze your guests.

Culinary workshops

Live preparations by our chefs. They bring a touch of animation and dynamism to the cocktail (duck breast under a bell, foie gras candyfloss, Kamado workshop, frosted plancha, bruschetta workshop, etc.).

The meal

Fully customisable, we'll create a menu to suit you.Our chef draws his inspiration from the Alpilles region to create a refined menu using fresh, seasonal produce in local colours, all made in our workshop.

Always up for a new challenge, the chef adapts to your wildest desires.

The cheese

Cheese: on a plate, on a platter to share, a cheesetower, a cheese buffet... different formulas can be envisaged according to your wishes.


For dessert, our pastry chef has put together a vast selection of delicacies to delight your taste buds: from the traditional pièce montée to the famous wedding cake, not forgetting a dessert buffet or plated desserts, anything is possible... even a giant tart!

Want to surprise your guests? Create desserts by the metre in live cooking with our chef (mille-feuille, pavlova...)

The night snack

Croque-monsieur, crêpes, mini-burgers... Always welcome to extend the party into the early hours of the morning.

The drinks

It's always difficult to estimate the quantities of drinks required. To make things easier for you, we offer a range of packages tailored to your event (cocktails, wine, champagne, night bar). Leave it to us and keep your mind at ease!

You can also provide your own drinks if you wish, but we do not charge corkage fees. We will inform you of the details to bear in mind.


Elegance, refinement, originality... we work with different service providers to create a unique atmosphere that reflects your image. We offer a wide choice of tables, chairs, crockery, glassware and tablecloths to suit your every need.

Our prices start from €150 per person. Our quotes are precise and detailed to help you stay within your budget.

Family Style


Brazier, Family Style

With the trend towards informal weddings, we offer a range of options that focus on sharing and conviviality, returning to the very essence of good food and getting together with family and friends.
Fashionable on terraces and in gardens, the Brasero offers a new outdoor cooking experience combining wood-fired cooking and plancha. It's an essential gathering place for your reception, offering a wide range of dishes and preparations.

The Family Style differs from plate service in that dishes are placed in the centre of the table, inviting guests to share and exchange ideas.


To extend the weekend in a relaxed atmosphere, brunch is a special time to enjoy your loved ones before everyone goes their separate ways. Buffet, brazier, Provencal market... there are plenty of options to choose from to finish off a weekend full of memories in the best possible way!
