Nelly gained her hospitality experience in Swiss, at Arthur’s Rive Gauche in Geneva. Since then she managed events at a wide range of venues before setting herself up as a business manager in Provence. She joined the team at L’Eveil des Papilles in 2016 where she applies her flair and skill to bring originality to their functions.
