The daughter of a Parisian caterer, Angelique has been passionate about food since an early age. She earned her hotelier diplomas at the École Hôtelière de Paris rue Médéric and the École hôtelière d’Avignon
She was Head of Reception and then Sales Coordinator at the Pavillon Ledoyen on the Champs Elysées and Sales Manager for the Salons de l’Hotel Regina in Paris. In 2006 she obtained her degree in Hotel Management.
Having learned from the best, it was in 2008 that Angelique and Fabien created L’Eveil des Papillles where she uses her many skills and amazing organisational talent to orchestrate unforgettable events for their clients.
